The staff is friendly, and it’s a great place for realtors to manage their fees and other administrative tasks. However, the yearly fees have been steadily increasing, especially after the recent additions. This makes it increasingly challenging for members to maintain their accounts in this market. To address this issue, the company should offer more benefits.

The building offers a variety of spaces, including a cafe and a decent store. However, the phone helpline is notoriously slow, and I’ve had to wait almost an hour on hold just to get a basic question answered. This is a major inconvenience and wastes a significant amount of time for members.

On a positive note, the building does offer free parking for members only. Overall, while the building has some great features, the poor customer service and increasing fees are major drawbacks.

FEES due the same month as Christmas is so inconsiderate. Especially with the forced health care plan that nobody wants. It should be optional. The lame plan does not benefit me in anyway. I do not take medication so why the hell am I forced into paying for this? Who is benefiting from it?

My recent visit to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board Toronto Office left me thoroughly impressed with the positive changes that have taken place over the last five years. The upgrades to the facility are a testament to their commitment to excellence.

First and foremost, the new washrooms are a game-changer. They are clean, modern, and a significant improvement from my last visit. It's a small but essential detail that enhances the overall experience.

The new parking system also deserves a mention. It's more efficient and user-friendly, which makes parking hassle-free, especially in a bustling area like Toronto.

Beyond the physical improvements, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness continue to shine. Whether you're a real estate professional or a visitor, they make you feel welcome and valued.

In summary, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board Toronto Office has made commendable improvements. The upgraded facilities, including the modern washrooms and parking system, enhance the overall experience. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident, making it an excellent place for all real estate-related matters.

An utterly useless department. Of course like every other lobbyist they are biased to keeping inflated high prices as well as commissions. They wonder why they're facing a class action lawsuit. It'll be nice to finally expose them for this.

Useless customer service, which comes from systemic problems in TREB. TREBB push agents to over-automation and when you call them for support, customer service says, "We don't deal with Broker Bay".
On the other hand TREBB charges agents thousands of dollars to provide MANDATORY ORWP insurance that agents don't want and don't use. When you research it, you read "80 per cent of votes from the province's 34 member boards supporting the program".
Off course boards supporting the program, because they make TENS of MILLIONS a year out of that, when you do the math.
That's why TREBB is so concern about the members enjoying the comfort of ORWP insurance, BUT STILL TREBB "DON'T DEAL WITH BROKER BAY" TO SUPPORT POOR AGENTS when they really need help. Because the former makes money for them and the later cost money for them.
