We had a great experience with Alan Lee in Dec 2024 – Mar 2025. Alan has helped us multiple times througout the years and we are deeply grateful to him especially this time. We had an extremely complicated mortgage application due to being physically outside the country, which among other things made the application difficult and confusing. Anxiety was high as closing date drew near. During the entire 3.5 months, Alan communicated clearly with us to set expectations, address questions and clarify confusion. He helped us navigate the complicated paperwork process of multiple financial institutions and eventually secured the mortgage on time despite all the difficulties (and time difference). My condo was final closed yesterday. I Started to contact Donald's team at the end of July last year. During six months, they provided me with very detailed and professional advice. From received the vendor's lawyer final closing notification to the final closing date was only 3 weeks to prepare the final outstanding documents to the lender. Jenny was very helpful.
