On this hot sunny day, we drove to Stratford to shop at the Outlet from London. When we arrived at approximately 8:30. There was a lineup already the full length of the building. Fair enough we had meant to arrive earlier but I'l surely be late for my own funeral 🤣 We took our place in line and proceeded to wait in line.
To our surprise, the owner of the Outlet kindly supplied delicious apple fritters and chocolate cookies from Anna Mays. Water was available and there was a very positive vibe amongst the crowd waiting. Kudos to you sir and well played. Putting the customer first and your thoughtfulness will pay its worth in more than monetary wealth.

Cash only shopping. Food items may be expired, so be mindful of that when purchasing. The staff was nice and polite. I'd recommend just the same. Never know what you will find!

This place is amazing. You never know what deals you're going to get I always check the website every week and their Facebook. The staff is super friendly very helpful. Every time I go I always bring somebody new to show them the deals. Last time I was there I can click videos for some of my friends and now they all want to go. The problem is the video I took today is not the same stuff next week it's always new and always exciting so I guess that isn't really a problem. Sometimes they get the same deal in sometimes they get different deals. I love the 2.5 kg for twenty bucks shredded cheese. Or when they get in the McDonald's style chicken nuggets the kids love those only $8 a bag

This is quite and interesting place as they have a lot of discounted /outlet stuff but also a lot of unique foods from the states. The staff is super friendly. On our last visit the manager saw I had my hands full with my kiddo and helped me to the car, they go above and beyond for their customers.
