I met Rich when he was representing a seller during a showing, and that's when I decided that I need a realtor like him. Rich is a thorough gentleman with a solid grasp over his trade (real estate).
As a first time home buyer, I wanted a realtor who would think, evaluate and suggest the right property to me, rather than just trying to close a deal for the sake of a commission.
Rich has solid knowledge about the Niagara Region and its neighborhoods, govt regulations etc. He also has a strong network of allied professionals who are much needed when it comes to evaluation, mortgage, inspections, roofing etc.
