THUSHA RATNASINGAM Is Very unprofessional. This agent booked a viewing at my house today. I have a chronic illness and it takes a lot out of me to get my house ready to show. The viewing was 3:30-
4:30. I spent 6 hrs making the house perfect for show and get my pets out of the house in a 41 degree heat wave. At 3:25 | get a reschedule request and a phone call as well asking if it was ok. After all that I get a cancellation at 5:23pm 5 minutes before the viewing is supposed to be over. This agent has no respect for peoples time and effort.
This was totally unacceptable. I would never entertain another request from this agent. I certainly would never use her to represent me. Just wow. I'm blown away by the total lack of professionalism and respect.

Looking for a 1st home has its challenges but finding a relator who is accommodating, understanding and patient definitely makes the process a lot easier. The front line staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The agent I worked with was very pleasant and continues to provide a great experience. He took his time to explain any of my questions and went above my expectations to provide extra details when purchasing a new home. Although, the market right now is pretty high and I am not 100% ready to buy, he still takes the time to answer any of my questions when I have any and I will continue to work with him until we do find the right home. At first, we were treated with some respect by the agent, but looking back, he sold us on something that wasn't true. After a hectic week of showings and one lousy offer,we asked to cancel the listing as we just weren't able to handle it all. We we told that they would suspend it even though it was within our legal rights to cancel it. We spoke to the broker and he basically hung up on us and wouldn't cancel it. The agent called us back and I was determined that this brokerage would not see one cent of my money after being treated so poorly. He begged us to keep the listing and we refused. I truly believe they tell people what they want to hear and rush them in to signing agreements. I admit, no one forced us to sign, but they know how to sweet talk. Beware of these people..

The agent I worked with was actually very nice and courteous, and I enjoyed working with him. But the agent did not really understand my particular needs, and offered assurances about the building that were not true. I would hope from my realtor that s/he would take more of an effort to deliver accurate information pertinent to my needs, rather than simply show up and unlock the property door. That is what I would trust a realtor with.

The agent's supervisor was extremely rude when I contacted him explaining my ultimate dissatisfaction with the service and disappointed in the assurances made that were not delivered. I was solely blamed for the miscommunication, accused of communicating things I did not, and this supervisor threw a bunch of red herrings at me to avoid the conversation topic and shift blame onto me. I hope he was just having a bad day, but this was easily the worst customer service experience in my life.

In a difficult economic period like the COVID-19 pandemic, I would hope those prospering would provide more compassion and assistance to those of us who are struggling.
