It’s unacceptable that Sumeet Midha who works with your company requires job letters, credit scores, and filled forms just to view a property. This shows a lack of understanding of privacy rights and could violate Ontario laws. Even their website claims to value client confidentiality, yet this invasive practice says otherwise. Strongly reconsider engaging with this brokerage until they adopt ethical and legal business practices.
