Wow! Zartosht is simply an outstanding real estate agent! Made buying my first apartment such a breeze. I was new to home buying (first-time home buyer), and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from making the offer to working with the mortgage banker, lawyer and every single step. I found him a top realtor who is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process. I rarely write reviews but our amazing experience over the last few months compelled me to write this review.
Zartosht is one of the best real estate agents we have ever met. We wanted to buy a property in Toronto during Covid-19 lockdown.
he guided us through whole process during our first meeting and suggested realistic evaluation estimates for the ones we liked.
He made the process stress free for us and we experienced no issues at all. I would highly recommend Zartosht, he is qualified, honest, professional and he knows what he's doing.

Zartosh has everything you expect of a great agent. We worked with him for a condo purchase and he knows it all; pros and cons of every single building; which made us get what we liked in a few weeks without wasting time. For every issue we faced he had a solution in his pocket. Every question you ask, he brings someone knowledgeable on the line to get the answer. He was fast pace, always accessible, communicative, upfront and at the same time respected our opinions too.
What stands out is how he goes beyond real estate; always willingly offering help in every matter he can (he helped us in a car accident and cat adoption too). Wish there were more people like him in our community.
