They can do all the preparations including the mortgage interest rate checkings with our limited tight budget aka down payment plus all essential fees, condo preferences and requirements, management fees, extra costs and fees which may need to consider, parking space availability, showing us the matching condos, finding out what the seller's experience for estate deals, suggestions of dealing prices, negotiations with the seller, paperworks and checkups with management regarding the agreement terms for fixing.

Everything, all the details handled before we made the decision to buy a condo in 10 days. They were available for in-person inquiries when we were confused with all the related documents. They even helped us find an affordable, experienced lawyer. They didn't just look for places. They cared for our concerns and the sustainability of all follow ups. Paul even accompanied me to the bank for making the bank draft. He reminded me to check for all the details during the buying process. They gave us ideas about what we might not have thought about.
