This management company is fairly new to my corporation and our board has been impressed with their commitment to their boards and directors. Everyone we interact with is helpful and mindful of our particular needs. The meetings they occasionally put on for board directors are great learning/socializing events. Our particular property manager, Anna Suters, brings her years of property management to our table . We rely on her good advice and this is most helpful in the smooth operation of our corporation. The overall service provided is outstanding.

Today, as a tenant, I reached out to Wilson Blanchard for the first time. I must express my disappointment with the extremely poor level of service I received from the admin. From the moment Fiona the administrative assistant answered the call, her manner was unexpectedly and unnecessarily rude. Her tone and approach was highly unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Representing the company on the front line as an admin with the service I experienced today could harm the company’s reputation. I can tell others have felt the same way from the previous reviews I see above. The conduct of your admin it reflects poorly on the entire team and the company’s professionalism.

I had an amazing conversation with the manager Charan who was absolutely amazing! He answered my question and his personable skills are absolutely amazing. He was very easy to communicate with and talk to. He was so nice which was refreshing!

My clients asked me to order a status for a property I have listed.
From the moment the administrative assistant answered the phone she was unbelievably rude. I couldn't believe her tone and the way she was speaking with me over the phone. I have dealt with many property management companies all over Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara and could never imagine having an employee that speaks with people this way. Management needs to review who is answering their phone.

If the admin on the phone just stated that they were no longer representing the condominium in the property management that would have been completely understandable, although this was never stated.

This review was strictly regarding the poor customer service that the admin provided.

Don Chown has a tough job to do with property management neighborhood. A property manager has a big job to keep condo Corp efficient & financially stable. Don is always calm with nasty people that are never happy. He has years of experience in dealing with all kinds of issues that are legitimate or simply complaining. We had a reliable & honest manager that gave the best advice to BoD. I use the past tense because we are moving to another city. Take care, Don & all the best!
