Would not recommend. My husband and I purchased a house through the Weir Team. David is the most knowledgeable in the team. He knows the area and is an experienced realtor. That being said, don’t expect them to look after you. We had expressed issues with the contract and conditions but our concerns were dismissed by both Chelsea and David. They didn’t give any insight or suggestions. It seemed that every time there is an issue or we needed anything from them they are conveniently out of town. After the sale was final there was zero follow up on their part. Considering the amount of commission they made on our home, one could expect a congratulations at minimum. Would not recommend Team Weir.

Top notch business that is owned and operated by a top notch guy. David and his staff are very professional, accommodating, friendly and work hard to meet their clients needs.
