This courthouse took down my original review, not surprised. I was dragged through family court for two years on a restraining order application that was never signed. I was never married with had children with or lived with the applicant 63 of Cambridge justice. Tweety caused unnecessary and prejudice adjournments. This judge ended up, stepping outside her role as an impartial judge and did council’s job by filling out their trial schedule endorsement form, which this judge should know she should never have done that. I was unlawfully dragged through family court and forced to go to a trial. Where I lost a two day rigged trial before Justice, Michael Gibson. I wish the public would hear the audio recordings from that trial to see how broken and corrupted this court house is. Just Gibson lost his top when he seen the lawyer John David Ekpenyong commissioning documents without his clients signature admitting to pay $7000 for legal fees and then they requested for $160,000 and justice Gibson ordered me to pay $60,000 without any proof of payment. This was a fraudulent bill of cost of hours never worked or paid. I lost a garnishment dispute when the applicant didn’t file any materials. I was a hard-working electrician and now I’m about to be on the streets because of these two judges. Justice Tweety blocked out a page and a half of transcripts. What is she covering up and what does she have to hide?

I was robbed by the Kitchener family court. I was Wrongfully and unlawfully dragged through family court for 2 two years on an application that was never signed. Never lived with, had children with, or married with applicant who applied for a restraining order who lives over 80km away from me!. J. Tweedie filled out the applicants TSEF which only a lawyer should do and then blocked out a page of transcripts to cover her tracks! Is that not being impartial and consider a misconduct? Then I lost a two day rigged trial and J. Gibson ordered me to pay $60k knowing the applicant only paid $7900! They asked for $160k! J. Gibson provided extremely contradictory statements on his endorsement that are untrue! My mental health and financial situation is ruined because of these two Judges!

The WRPS indentification and printing in the basement were very unprofessional and discriminatory. Let other family's in together but not mine. Further more would not permit a woman officer to accommodate our needs. Very unprofessional.

court staff asked an officer at the front entrance if they could remove my service animal from the court room, but the officer said that I was permitted to have my dog.

Family Courts are Corrupt so are the police officers. False allegations ruin lives!!!!! I lost custody of my son to my abuser without proper investigation. Cost me my family and ruined me financially and emotionally destroyed my kids as myself . No resolution, completel professional alienation!!!! And Parental Alienation claims are simply ignored!!!! No Accountability whatsoever! 8 years now and I’m not guilty ? No Justice here !!!!

Crown will pretend to not see emails and then proceed to show up to court to say “have not heard from accused”

Trial co-ordinary will purposely try to cause conflict over phone if not represented by legal counsel peers

Judges will request arrests on people present in courtroom to be held to come back to court

It's a regional courthouse, so, looks modern operates as if we never left the 90's. Needs a giant tech upgrade, both for the citizens and the workers. Otherwise, it's a decent place.
