I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the folks here for about 6 years now and have nothing bad to say about any of them. Quite the contrary.

It’s a good management company that is on top of their game. They are fair and easy to deal with and respond quickly to requests made by tenants.

Oscar and Mike make up a dynamic duo serving as the superintendents and do a great job getting to maintenance requests in a timely manner. They’re also very friendly 🙂

Lastly, Jeff the building manager is great. The few times I’ve ever gone to him with any issues he took ownership of them immediately and treated them as his own. He’s a fair, reasonable guy and also quite easy to deal with.

Overall the company stays on top of their obligations to their tenants and to making sure the building and grounds look tidy and clean, as well as staying up to date on pest and fire protection management.

I’d recommend getting a place here if you can. It’s a good place to be.

On the outside this place looks nice, like a big Hotel, especially during summer with all the green stuff around, but staying for longer you noticed few things.
- It is incredible how windy this place is. During winter the cold air will dramatically lower the temperature inside the bedroom where only one heater is placed. You would need an alternative heater during the colder months.
- There is place where all garbage is thrown in each floor, but you need to touch 2 door handles to throw the garbage. I'm sure I contacted Covid this way during the winter there.
- There is literally only one small Starbucks coffee in the intersection nearby. This is one of the worse intersection in terms of what it has to offer. The Metro market is pricy too.
- Finally, the level of noise is incredibly, this place is literally down the path of planes landing in Pearson airport. Every 2-3 minutes a plane passes on top of the building and the noise is non stop. You need some background noise all time to kill the noise of the airplanes.
