I came in for a co-working tour and was bait and switched by VentureX. I was interested in a co-working membership and on their website they promote a 'Book a Tour' and get a free 'Day Pass' so I was excited to tour the space and try the VentureX experience. Sanya who showed me the tour said it would be okay for me to try it out. I unpacked my laptop and got ready to start working in the space and then Sanya abruptly came and told me that if I wanted to work in the co-working space, I would need to pay $30 for the day pass. I was shocked. She gave me verbal confirmation I could work there and the company has a free day pass offer on their site. Complete bait and switch and deceptive. She then pointed at the lobby couches and told me I could work from there. I was so shocked at how unwelcoming they were, not even a desk, but a couch! I went to another co-working space. I was fine to pay the day pass, but the way they treated me was so poor that I didn't feel welcomed.

As for the space itself, it's nice, but small. It can definitely be a good workplace for someone who prefers a quieter and less lively space. It wasn't busy. Customer service definitely has room for improvement.

Great space! Clean, bright, welcoming and conducive to our brainstorming sessions. We’ve also brought clients here. We absolutely love the “industrial chic” design. Nothing stuffy about this space! The owner is very approachable as are the community coordinators. Highly recommend VentureX Richmond Hill.

Amazing staff and wonderful co-workers in the space. Space is well designed, quiet, great coffee and good vibes. Highly recommend for study space and group projects/meetings. Open-concept and client-centred giving the option to hold formal or casual meetings. Internet is fast and reliable, great printing services available too. Perfect for a corporate event and worth it for monthly co-sharing or private spaces.

This place is perfect for new businesses or individual consultants. Not only do they put the health and welfare of its clients first, their approach to customer service is a priority. Dara and Errol make a great team and go above and beyond for any requirements or challenges we have for productive space. It's beautiful and you can always find a quiet space.

Venture X Richmond Hill is a state of the art office complex with every amenity you could imagine. My space is private, spacious, quiet and beautiful with wifi strength strong enough to allow me to send huge proposals and videos to my clients. The shared spaces give me the social atmosphere I like when I take breaks.
I've noticed this location is extremely diligent in following all PPE guidelines. I asked about protocol before I decided to use this space and they said they have a professional crew clean and disinfect every night, and they disinfect used spaces throughout the day. They also have face guards, masks, gel, etc. for our use. I trust this space and feel they respect the rules in order to keep their clientele safe - I have no concerns about my health or safety as a result of working out of this office space.
The location is centrally located and close to everything including some great restaurants and the highway.
This space is the perfect office space for me and my small business and I highly recommend it!

Having recently adjusted our Toronto area workspace to a more employee flexible model, we have found a great partner in Venture X - East Beaver Creek location. It is a very modern open space, with great amenities, and courteous staff. Our experience with them has been nothing but positive.
