I worked with Giselle Shariff for more than 5 years. She helped us get a second property and a third property for investment and she never failed us. She will work based on our requirements and will not push what she wants. She is very patient with clients and honest about her opinions. She was also amazing in finding us tenants for our investment properties and very helpful and cooperative in reviewing each applicants. I highly recommend her. She dont sugarcoat the deals, she is very objective. I will definitely get her services again in the future

I regret to say that my experience with Wilson Mak as a realtor was deeply disappointing and ultimately damaging. Throughout our transaction, Wilson engaged in what I can only describe as fraudulent activities, leading to significant financial losses and undue stress.

Wilson misrepresented crucial information about the property, painting an inaccurate picture that ultimately cost me dearly. Their lack of transparency and honesty throughout the process was alarming and unacceptable.

I strongly caution anyone considering working with Wilson Mak to think twice and thoroughly vet all information provided. Trust and integrity are paramount in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, Wilson's actions fell far short of these standards.

Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Wilson Mak as a realtor. It's crucial for consumers to be aware of such fraudulent practices and to seek out reputable professionals who prioritize honesty and transparency.

Please exercise caution and do your due diligence before engaging in any transactions with Wilson Mak. Your financial security and peace of mind are too important to be compromised by individuals engaging in unethical behavior.

As someone who has worked with other brokers in other brokerages, I can say with confidence that I truly made the right choice joining UCR. I worked with John chai and I will never use this unprofessional firm. He got a photographer to take pictures of my condo. The photographer dragged the furnitures and made a long scratch on my patio floor. It damaged the surface membrane. The photographer did not have my permission to move my furnitures around. This agent refused to help me and denied everything. Very stupid. He lost my trust and all my future businesses. I gave them a chance to admit their fault or pay a small compensation. This small compensation would've gain them many future house sales and I was willing to put my listing on hold until this was resolved. Instead they denied everything and did not admit any responsibility. So I cancelled my listing right away. I was happy to leave and seek elsewhere.

Dealt with Cynthia Hu for a transaction. Very dishonest and manipulative. Even my lawyer and buyer-agent were shocked by her lies! Avoid!!!
