Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 0 ! Juste bons à ramasser notre argent ! Facturation pour 1 lavabo bouché 3 jours apres l'emménagement ! Soi disant vérifié avant 😅 ! Merci ! Grâce à vous études de ma fille stoppées tellement elle se sentait mal dans cette environnement 😓 ! Et concernant les dates lorsqu'o' présente le préavis c'est tout en leur faveur ! Boite à fric 🤬

Troisième fois qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude en 5 mois, cette fois depuis plus d'une semaine.
Logement avec des murs tachés à côté du lit (un truc dégeu qui a dû couler sur le lit)
Les frigos sont sales et sentent mauvais

Logement Hocaille Place des Sport 2
Logement insalubre dès le premier jour de l'emménagement. Cafards vivants dans communs et chambre.
Cafard, trou dans mur, moisissure dans la chambre, sol du commu à nu.
Les désinsectisations rares n'ont pas éliminé tous les cafards et ce problème subsiste depuis un an.

Exécrable service au public sur le site de LLN! Jamais disponible au téléphone (qu'il décroche d'ailleurs systématiquement de la 1ère min à la dernière de la journée). Quand on se rend sur place avec rdv, on se fait remballer et quand on est enfin accepté, on est éconduit ! Personnel très désagréable, tant avec les students qu'avec les parents. La pression peut-être des sous-effectifs n'excusent pas tout. On ne répond jamais à vos mails (ça tombe dans un tonneau sans fond) et si on vous dit que vous êtes inscrit en tant que demandeur de logement en file d'attente avec un numéro, sachez que même quand des logements sont encore libres, vous ne serez pas contactés. Pourquoi l'UCLouvain ne fait pas une enquête qualité en interne ? Même quand le directeur est interpellé, il ne daigne pas répondre... Ca en dit long !

De l'acharnement ciblé sur certains étudiants, aucun respect de leurs besoins, un service sans aucune sympathie, pire, rempli de malveillance. Une honte. L'ucl laisse la situation dégénérer en pleine connaissance de cause. L'université est responsable. Pas la première de leurs ignominies.

Les kots UCL sont très spacieux, les chambres sont grandes, c'est très agréable d'y vivre.
En revanche le service logement laisse vraiment à désirer.
Ils ne sont presque jamais ouvert, et par téléphone il ne faut même pas essayer. En cas de soucis dans le kot, cela peut être très embêtant. (Kot dans le quartier de l'Hocaille)
