Id give 0 stars if i could. This incompetent company will lie to the city to get you ticketed for having a fully legal car that belongs to you parked in a spot you pay for with a parking tag in the windshield. Completely useless people. Guess a lawyer is the next step

We have worked with Shelley and the team at Tribe for the past 11 years at various properties. They have been amazing to work with, prompt in communication, understanding of industry trends & standards and willing to find solutions to suit all parties involved. Property managers do not have it easy. The job is difficult, often thankless and requires a tonne of hours and a real knack for customer service. I commend the entire team at Tribe and look forward to continuing to work with them.

I have lived in a condo complex in Kitchener since 2014 managed by Tribe Management (formerly Gateway Property Management). During the past 10 years, I have found all members of the property management team to be very professional, responsive and helpful when dealing with any of my needs. I've lived in a Gateway managed property for over 6 years. Having been on our condo board for a year and having seen the challenges that are presented to the representatives, Gateway's representatives handle these issues very well considering the challenging circumstances. Recently we've also had a lot of construction in our area and Gateway has begun to email us to provide any information they receive from the city, which has been very helpful for all residents. Overall, I would recommend Gateway and their reps as a condo management company.

This company doesn’t respond to concerns in any meaningful way if you can get them to respond in the first place. There’s a reason the city of Toronto has to intervene in the management of maintenance standards at my property and it’s not because Tribe is doing an outstanding job …

Can’t figure out how to reply to Tribe’s response. Shelley is one of the people I tried to engage several times to no avail. I’ve also tried to escalate numerous times through regional management and have never received a response until posting this critical google review. It’s really too bad this is what it takes to get your company responding to valid concerns about pest management.

The city of Toronto would like to meet with the building managers including regional management. I’ve also made a request for RAAMCO to be present. Your local managers have my info - if you want to be in touch, all you have to do is respond to one of my many requests.

Any issues I have brought forward for the past 5 years go unaddressed. Check your emails and call back people. Also please maintain the online portal. Also NO my above mentioned items have not been addressed at all.
