Zero hygiene mantained, pets and bugs all over the units and yet I faced allergies. Yet they left me a week without a fridge also asked me to leave the unit with no notice. It’s a disappointing experience won’t tolerate or recommend to spend your valuable time and funds in. Yet the guy name Hassan or Samir and another lady in the office are lack of professionalism and respect.
I wasted my valuable time, my mental health and my work schedule due to unstable mindset that Hasan has. Further more they sent an email apologising for the inconvenience caused.
Your apologising is not accepted and wish you rest in hell.

BEWARE OF RENTING HERE!! BED BUGS AND ROACHES PRESENT!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

We payed for 1 month of accommodation at 15 Dundonald and checked 2 other units that were available. The 2 we declined had cockroaches visible in daylight when I visited. The unit we settled on appeared clean at first, however on the 1st night we were bitten in our sleep and every night forward until we left early. We informed the contact at Toronto Furnished Living, who sent a cleaner. After the cleaning, we continued to get bitten every night and the cockraoches came out at night. We did not even stay for half of the month, and the refunded only 10 days saying there was no way to confirm when we moved out (basically calling me a liar). Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company and their "accommodations" at all costs. I only wish I could give them 0 stars. 😐😞

I recently stayed at a furnished apartment at 100 Pembroke Street, Unit 305, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the start, the apartment was unclean and in poor condition. The furnishings were outdated and worn, and there was a severe cockroach infestation in kitchen, bathroom and living room that made my stay unpleasant and concerning. The AC worked but was probably built in the 70s. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Despite paying for parking, I encountered issues with the parking situation and my car was about to get towed away, which added unnecessary stress to my stay. The management staff lacked knowledge of the property like they didn’t know where I could park my bike or how to get a laundry card, further compounding the frustration.

Additionally, I found myself needing to purchase essential items such as a trash can and knives, which should have been provided. The broom and mop provided was really nasty and couldn’t be used. Overall, this stay was far from acceptable, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Good for new comers and people looking for rental, they have fully furnished studios.
I stayed at sherbourne flat, and there are lot of homeless people.

Pros: fully furnished, free internet, chair table, quick service be it electrician, plumber and good people. Coin based laundry 5 dollar wash and dry. They even pay 20 dollar tim hortons gift card for an honest review.
Con: Places are small, and bit pricy I paid 1800 a month 900 sqft place,

DON'T DO IT!!! I was tricked into this company through HostelWorld and while I don't need much in staying at a hostel, security, structure and cleanliness are my basics which this place had none of. I will admit though, they are trying. After kicking up a fuss about the trap house they tried to put me in, they moved me 100 Pembroke. Furniture that looks like it was fished from the dumpster, construction held together by tape and plastic cutlery, a moaning fridge, springs digging into my back on my mattress, rusty hot plate, stained sheets with hair on them but the view was awesome at least! Despite the area it was also mostly very quiet. I had to spend money just to get my unit to a living standard. I endured a month but once the obvious bed bug bites started, I had to leave. I will say that they are very helpful, responsive, apologetic and really are trying to which I am grateful which is why two stars. Hong was very helpful.
