Went to view a townhouse in Angus Glen area where T-One Group was the brokerage representing the seller. No hello or anything to welcome us as we viewed the property. The sale representative was busy on his phone the entire time. However, he did speak to one other couple there who were the same race as him. Otherwise completely ignored my wife and me, even when we were the only people in the property. Extremely unprofessional!

I personally have had extremely good services from T-one team, and this is the ONLY reason I keep on coming back to this team. I have purchased and sold over 10 condo/units with Jason and Candy. I even try to know them on a personal level because they're the top notch professionals. They are providing the services above and beyond in comparison with all others I have dealt with in the past( I have over 15 years experiences in buying and selling condos).

And no, I'm not associated with any one in T-one in anyways.

I don’t understand why their agent Ariel act like this! The house has already been rented out, and other tenants were already preparing the deposit, yet they still asked us to view the house. It wasted our time and Uber fare! I don't know if it's due to poor internal communication or some other reason. Terrible company and team!!!
