I’ve had the pleasure of living at Parkview for more than ten years, and I can honestly say that the experience has been outstanding, thanks in large part to our incredible property manager, Ken and his team. Day in and day out, Ken has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything in the building runs smoothly.
His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are truly impressive. Whenever there’s an issue, Ken is quick to address it. He and his team keep residents informed and ensures the building is always in great shape, whether it's handling maintenance requests or overseeing the upkeep of common areas.
Ken creates a positive and welcoming environment for everyone, and show that he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. I feel lucky to live in a building that’s so well-managed, and I highly recommend Times to anyone looking for a well-run, well-maintained place to call home.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for prompt and professional work of management team we have at our building by adress 5785 Yonge Street . Late on a Friday evening, they not only responded quickly to my request but also demonstrated a high level of care for the residents.

I would especially like to commend David – his attention to detail, promptness, and willingness to help personally deserve the highest praise. He is a true professional in his field and, without a doubt, an excellent manager! David handled situation by himself, without involvement of external help and I am incredibly grateful for such an approach.

Ken Gaw and his team at 37/39 Galleria Parkway have been very approachable and. resolves all issues efficiently. They maintain great communications with residents and we feel cared for by the condo management team. Nothing is too much trouble. The security of the condo complex has also been great - we felt safe living here knowing there is 24 hour concierge and security. We will be sad to leave this neighborhood. Thank you Ken for your friendly and efficient service .

Having lived at Parkview Towers for six years, Ken and Deljoo have always gone above and beyond as property managers to ensure the towers felt like home. Any issues with amenities is quickly addressed and all residents notified. Security concerns were taken seriously. Could not ask for better property management from the team at Parkview towers! Also huge shoutout to Kumar, the best and most friendly concierge ever!

Hi everybody,
Looks I can't creat another new review so I add sth in this previouse comment.Today is Aug 21rd,Last week I mentioned to Ken that there are 2 potholes in my driveway,at winter time the snow will melt into ice in them and all school kids in this building will go through my driveway to approch school bus stop.Ken was busy and promised me that as soon as he has time he will check it personally.
It surprised me that the contractor handyman, Shawn, knocked my door this morning.Now this fixing work is done.
I work in construction industry,I have to say right attitude will drive to a nice service,but only professional job skill will drive to a perfect service.Ken moves fast,and moves professionally,he knows how to distinguish a contractor is good or not-so-good.

Ken Gaw is always courteous and knowledgeable, also even more attentive and responsive.
He is a great resource and the Board is lucky to have him.
