We asked John to sell our raised bungalow in Batawa. We were in a bit of a rush as we had committed to buying a condo in the area and time was getting short. The initial reason we chose John was he had an excellent reputation in our area. We soon found that reputation was justified as we found him empathetic to our situation and very effective helping us market our house.
