I think the best decision I ever made was to hire Patricia Guernsey and her team to sell my house. I am a 70 year old woman who had not sold a house in over 30 years, so I really needed information and guidance to make it as stress free as possible. Patricia came to my house to list it and was very professional, but helped me through it in a friendly, fun way.
