Lived here for 3 years and I loved it!! My unit was a bit dated but that also meant it was bigger and more sound proofed than a lot of the newer builds.
I always felt safe and the staff were always super accommodating and prompt with their responses. I would recommend this company, especially Kenson Towers, to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to live. Plus the location was awesome!

Wish I could rate this 0 stars, considering I showed up for a confirmed viewing of a unit. I arrived 10 minutes early and no one arrived to conduct my tour (I waited 15-20mins after my tour time). There was no information to contact anyone, and I was not contacted to be made aware that the tour was cancelled.

Avoid at all costs. As others have mentioned, several of the employees including the here are very rude. They go out of their way to make sure you know they don’t care about you as a person and communicate with little to no empathy or compassion, and even heard them snickering to themselves about me behind my back as I was leaving their office. Entirely and completely unprofessional and difficult. Not sure what happened as this company used to be great to deal with but the last few years have been nothing but pain.

Awful company to deal with and awful people. Emails would go unanswered even after 3, 4 attempts. Many staff have bad attitudes and seem to hate their jobs. When I terminated my lease, Taggart tried to make me pay $300 in "cleaning fees" even though the unit was left clean. When I refused, they hired a collections company to harassed me. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Taggart Management is a horrible company to rent from. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner, including emergency calls. I have had leaks in my roof for over a year with mold accumulating and it still is not fixed. I was missing a fire alarm for over a year and they charge you extra just to use the amenities (party room) which you already pay for in rental fees. DO NOT RENT HERE!! The management team does not know how to run this type of business well.

I rented here before the pandemic, seemed like a typical big building no real issues aside from the owners daughter being a very difficult person to deal with.

Mid pandemic I had to move and they made it as difficult as possible. Be very cautious renting from Taggart.
