We purchased our first house with Sydney in February 2024. We couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was. Sydney was great at answering all our questions prior to even looking at houses and was very patient with all our requests. During viewings she went above and beyond to inspect the properties herself and point out anything good or bad she thought needed attention. Sydney did not pressure us into any decisions and ensured we were happy with our purchase!

We will definitely be going back to her when we decide to move or purchase another property.

Sydney is an incredible real estate agent! She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always goes over and beyond to help find the perfect home. She’s always available day and night. It shows she’s really passionate about her job and cares about her clients. I bought a house in November 2022 thanks to her, but we saw many houses before I found the perfect one. Every time we’d visit a house, she would inspect the house in detail herself (e.g. checking windows, foundation, structure, etc) and would honestly point out anything good or bad. She doesn’t want people to just purchase something just to find a house; she wants everyone to find their home sweet home. I highly recommend Sydney if you’re looking for a highly knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy real estate agent!! Five stars all across the board! My mom and I lost everything in a fire and were desperate for a house. Being the biggest purchase of our lives we both had different wants and needs in what would make a house a home. Sydney worked tirelessly to get us our dream house. She refused to let us settle and found us both the perfect home within our budget. Something that works perfectly for us and our family. If you want a realtor who’s there for you and hears you, someone who will work day and night answering all your calls and texts and is by your side every step of the way look no further. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, reliable, not to mention funny and brought so much joy to the entire process even after seeing house after house after house worried we wouldn’t find our home she kept our spirits up. I don’t have enough words to describe how incredible she is. I will recommend her to anyone buying or selling, if we ever grow out of this home we will be going back to her again.

Sydney helped us find our home in Sudbury, and I can't emphasize enough how helpful she was. She took into account where and what we wanted, and even assisted us with a list of schools and school boards in the area. Since traveling to Sudbury was far for us to come and look at houses, she was amazing at giving us virtual tours and very accommodating with our schedule.
When we couldn't be there for the ‘new build’ inspection due to the long distance, she did an amazing job going through the house with the builder. We trusted her judgment and honesty, and I highly recommend her service.
