Great experience with Patricia M! Although I've worked with several Real Estate agents over the years, this was my first time really feeling like I was dealing with a PERSON, not a "SALES persona". Patricia was helpful and informative while being completely respectful of our decision to devote a larger portion of our budget to repairs (thus lowering our purchase budget). She did not override, bully, or push us. She is present, engaged, and curious about the homes while showing them. I honestly can't imagine a more ideal experience, and I'm super grateful for having worked with her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the displeasure of dealing with this company and one of their realtors for the purchase of my first home that I thought was my dream home. I was told a full inspection was done by a previous purchaser and it passed, only to find out after my offer was accepted, that there wasn’t a full inspection done! I didn’t feel comfortable with her capabilities after that- didn’t feel like she was looking out for my best interests. Fast forward, my house didn’t sell before the end of the offer to purchase. This agent 1) spoke to the selling agent and said we would extend offer to purchase without speaking to me first. Notified me by text
2) since I wasn’t buying the house, this agent wouldn’t let me out of the representation contract even though it was established we weren’t a good business fit. 3) This agent has taken up a personal vendetta against me, preventing me from moving forward to purchase a home. Essentially holding me hostage in this contract for another month. It’s petty, pathetic and totally personal- nothing professional at all. What should have been an exciting time for me in purchasing my first home has turned into this nightmare! This agent should not be able to act in such an unprofessional manner, but apparently the brokerage she works for condones this unprofessional behaviour and allows the agent to make the decision whether they will release someone from a car crash of a agent representation. Unbelievable and sad!
