I moved into my building a few days ago and was very impressed with my experience with Nancy and Doug! We were greeted right away when we drove to the parking lot and Nancy also had a welcome tote that had a nice fleecy blanket in it. Nancy was super friendly during orientation and Doug went above and beyond on move-in day helping my parents and I unload our two vehicles, bringing up all our belongings into the unit without being asked! We greatly appreciate your help Nancy and Doug- thank you for being awesome 🙂

My experience with manager here is for the most part rude, goes out of his way to become a nuisances. Management quality extreamly poor. Example story the parking lot usualy is about 50-70% full but this day there was possably 25% full my friend was w8ing for me to get ready. He was in a empty spot that is usualy empty and also he was on the look out to move if needed no one showed up in the 5- 10 mins they where w8ing. He went outside and was rude to him asking him to move because some one pays for the spot he then said yea no problem. He then kept going on about it and my friend then told him 1st off no one showed up and if some one did the car would be moved no problem. Plus that he is a visiter and wasnt staying. The manager went on about it even after he said he will move. The amount of money i pay monthly for me to not even have some one come to pick me up... now lets talk about how when i put work requests on things going on i wont get a response till i go up to him and even then its hard to get him to get working on it. From leaks to bugs. Trying to work with him is a nightmare.

My mother in law had an apartment in the Seville building for several years. The staff treated her fantastically! The building was very well maintained and clean. It is a great building!
