Wow. This place has changed over the last two years, especially the pharmacy.
I've had issue after issue there. It seems if you want to have a difficult time getting your prescriptions refilled properly then this is the place to go.
They have a high turnaround in staff, including pharmacists. So someone is always being trained which leads to delays and them running around asking others how to do their jobs.
It's also lost its friendly service. With a high volume of turnover and lots of new staff, there seems to be less customer service. The staff rarely have a smile or know your name anymore.
Used to be they would have a friendly "hi" and often they knew your name. A real small-town feel. But no more.
It's lost its " charm", and you become just another number in the money-making corporate machine.

The service I have experienced at Prescott Shopper’s is beyond my expectations, in every department. Staff are courteous and very helpful.
I will give an extra big thank you to Rock who has assisted me recently with two situations where I definitely needed his help. He went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were both taken care of. Rock was caring and compassionate. Exactly what is needed from a Pharmacist!

It used to be fast, easy and accurate getting my prescriptions. Not any more!!
Problems, problems, problems.
I've had to go without some of my pills because of their screw ups.
Worse Shopper's pharmacy that I've ever had the misfortune of using.

Been with Shopper's for over 30 years and in the lady 3 months, there's been nothing but mistakes with either my meds or the pricing of them. I don't trust them, anymore.

Rock is an outstanding Pharmacist!! Ihad run out of my medication and I'm without a Dr atm. He was so kind to refill all 3 and saved me so much stress. I appreciate that home town feeling. Thanks for the outstanding service Shoppers 👏 🙌

I give this store 4 stars ONLY due to Rock! This pharmacist truly cares about patients needs and is always professional and always does what is needed. When calling the store I'm often disconnected, on hold for more than 15 minutes, then disconnected again, and if I speak to anyone, there is an extreme lack of decent customer service - often not understanding what is being asked. I try to address all needs directly to Rock, usually in person if possible as calling can be so problematic. Thank you Rock for always helping people in our community, you deserve 5 stars! Without you I would go elsewhere.

I brought three prescriptions to the pharmacy yesterday after bringing my husband home from hip replacement surgery. One prescription was for pain medication and I was told it would be 45 minutes to fill because the storage for this medication was in a time release safe. I was also told that they would do the best that they could to speed that time up.
I sat down to wait and within 15 minutes all three prescriptions were ready for me! We have recently moved to Prescott and have experienced friendly, efficient service from this pharmacy. Yesterday was the best. We were tired from a day at the hospital and I was so happy to receive the attention and care from the staff here. Thank you so much!

I contacted the pharmacy last week, as I was unable to get into the physicians office. Rock answered my call and he was phenomenal. Although he was nearly finished his shift for the day, he recommended that I come in to see him before 6 pm, if possible. I made it to the pharmacy with very little time to spare, and he was there waiting for me. He was able to prescribe an antibiotic to treat my condition immediately. He even stayed late to ensure that my needs were met, and he did so without complaint. At no point did I feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing him.
Thank you Rock for your outstanding customer service and genuine care. I can’t put into words how appreciative I am for you staying to help me.
Edit: I do hope Rock receives some recognition for his efforts. I have dealt with him in the past, and he’s always friendly, professional and efficient. Too often we are quick to share our dissatisfaction but not once have I been dissatisfied when dealing with Rock. He is truly someone who loves his work and that is obvious with how he treats his clients through all his interactions.
