Sherri Cobus has been a pleasure to work with – when I bought the house six years ago (through her!) & when I recently sold the improved version of the same house.

What can we say other than we see why she won a national award. We sold our house in two weeks with Sherri but that's only part of the story. It was our first ever experience selling a home and Sherri helped us every step of the way. She gave advice on getting the financing and helped direct us to Christa Tessier who made it happen.
Sherri helped us stage the home, advised on details and was always so nice, kind and positive.
We are very happy in our new home thanks to Sherri. We cannot recommend her enough.

Ms. Cobus is the best realtor. She has won the highest award for people's choice and her integrity and honesty is above the norm. She works extremely hard for her clients. Sherri Cobus is passionate about her job and making happy clients. I would never consider anyone else to sell my home , or find a home for me that best suits my needs.
