Approximately 18 months ago we were considering selling our family home in Frankford, Ontario and we called upon Sandra Hussey and her team. I guess we just wanted to see what all the fuss(ey) was about... to see if she was up to all the marketing hype. Her associate Natalia came out to the house and had a look and we were impressed from the get go with her friendliness, preparedness, punctuality and overall professionalism. It turned out it just wasn't the right time for us to sell but fast forward until this past October (2024) when it was.

This time Sandra came out to the house. She had a look around and we were once again presented with a very comprehensive marketing plan, several comparables, and a recommended asking price. She had also suggested several vetted professionals that would make it easier for us to take care of the nuts and bolts of moving that we were responsible for from our end (such as a bin from a waste disposal company)...things you may not necessarily think of when suddenly burdened with so many moving parts. Anyone from her team (including Natalia who we had several dealings with throughout the sale process) that we had contact with were always friendly, prompt and professional. Photos, etc., were all arranged, well executed and posted in a very timely manner. She even arranged for the house to be cleaned (at her cost) for us to have one less thing to be concerned about. That and so many other things, both big and small, were so very much appreciated.

Scheduled showings and feedback were all well communicated to keep us in the loop. Both Sandra and Natalia were always available for questions and strategy sessions either by phone, text or email and their response time was very quick.

In the end, after negotiating our way through a few conditional offers together, we were fortunate at one point to have multiple offers and our much loved family home went over asking with a quick closing. It was on the market for less than four weeks.
