I've lived at one of the rentals for almost 2 years now. The apartment itself is great, but the company is horrible. They never pick up phone calls, return messages I've left, or provide us with timely updates. I made a phone call today to reschedule a maintenance visit, since nobody would be available to clear the room for the repairs, and the receptionist was extremely rude.

This management office is totally a disaster for house owners and tenants. They are running at very low efficiency, a slacking lady and a new training student staff are responding in a super slow manner in person and not helpful. There are long lines outside the office. Simply picking a key will cost you couple visits and long wait outside of their door. If you call, there’s never someone to answer. If you email, expect they respond after a week or so. The sage living clearly cannot afford hiring a qualified staff to assist house owners and tenants. Poor management level, unpleasant experience dealing with them.

Sage living is a truely Slow-Age living.

This property management company is awful. We closed our son’s apt at $2000 per month only to find it had not been cleaned, the toilet clogged, the couch in awful condition and much more. Would not trust this company! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND renting with Sage Living.

Adding to other honest reviews and saying do NOT sign with this company. I do not live at their buildings, but rented a parking spot from them. They rented me a VISITOR parking spot for $2000 a year (the year was part way through when I signed and still had to pay full price). Since this was a visitor parking spot it was always occupied and my car nearly got towed trying to park elsewhere in the lot I was paying an absurd amount for. When I spoke with them, I was treated with disrespect, first being told to not step any further than the door for no apparent reason. The company claimed to not be aware that this was a visitor parking spot (how were they unaware?) and offered me a refund. Weeks later I still have not received a refund. I am struggling to find parking as I am a student on a budget with $2000 tied up now and every other parking lot fully reserved. I am frustrated and tired of dealing with unprofessional companies. Never sign with sage.

Sage Living is doing illegal things to students. They gave fraud contract and garbage condo to student to live. Their team do not deal with our request and anyone know how to terminte contact with them?

I wish I read the current reviews before signing a contract with Sage Living. I echo all of the previous negative reviews before me when I say, do NOT work with Sage Living Property Management! I have never worked with a more inefficient, useless, company. You can never reach a representative when you need to. You send an email and wait days or weeks for a response to urgent issues. If you call, you do not have an option to reach a real, live person. You can leave a voicemail and it will be forwarded to the appropriate blah blah blah, who will get back to you eventually by email.

Another serious issue I had with them is that they offered my tenant (on my behalf, without any email to ask if we want to do this or not) 3 months free rent to stay on another year! Yes, you heard me. That is nearly $6,000!!!! I was in shock. But apparently since we have gave them the right to act on our behalf that includes offering ridiculous incentives and not being transparent or asking for our approval! This is very different than giving them permission to collect lease, search for an sign a standard lease agreement. Please do yourselves a favour and find another management company, even if it means paying more.

Super poor maintenance.
No maintenance service for bathroom lights for 4 weeks and counting now. My daughter moved in September 2023 to the condo. From the day she moved in until now (4 weeks and counting) the bathroom has no lights. Overall maintenance around the building is very poor or no maintenance at all. Garbage on the floor’s chute is overflowing, carpet is not cleaned. No different in the parameter near the parking lot where garbage dumpster is not cleaned. Atrocious smell from it. Too bad for a condo that is still considered ‘newer’.
For a very high leasing cost, this is NOT acceptable and not professional at all.
Stay away from Sage Living condo rent or lease!!!

Please please please do not work with this company. Do not lease from them as they are the most unorganized company I have ever worked with. There is no way to properly contact them besides email. They have no efficiency whatsoever ever and they will take days, if not weeks to get your concerns addressed. They have ABSOLUTELY no appreciation for your time. I recommend but owners and renters to stay away. They will only give you trouble. Trying to contact them and resolve issues has got to be the most stressful moments of my life.
