If I had something good to say, I promise you I would, but unfortunately my family and I had a negative experience working with Paula. Over several years, we encountered a lack of professionalism and a noticeable absence of respect for us as clients. Despite our expectations of receiving high-quality service, Paula was often rude and unprofessional, making our interactions and dealings with her far more difficult than it should have been. Based on our experience, we would not recommend her services to others.

A Google review—or any review—is meant to offer transparency and provide meaningful customer feedback, without getting into all the details, which is the goal I strive to achieve when writing one. I didn't anticipate a response or follow-up when initially posting my review, but if one had occurred, I would have expected a professional exchange. Ideally, my experience and opinion would have been acknowledged, perhaps accompanied by a polite apology. Unfortunately, the follow-up has not met these expectations.
Paula recently reached out via email, but the tone and content were both intimidating and dismissive of my concerns.
“I consider this slander and a defamation of character. These comments are all lies and can be proven very easily that they are all lies and falsified.”
“Consider this your notice to have this negative completely falsified google review taken down immediately… I will be contacting my Brokerage legal department in regards to this matter.”
This type of response is far from what I would expect from someone in a professional setting.
Like I said...If I had something good to say I promise you I would, but my ongoing experience with Paula remains negative.
