If you prefer to be treated with decency and professionalism, I suggest you look elsewhere. I’m not sure what was more demoralizing. Being spoken to with complete disrespect, condescension & combativeness by Mary-Anne Davies or being dismissed by Mark Rashotte, the Broker on Record. Mary-Anne had a listing that she agreed to show me. I put an offer on it conditional on home inspection. I paid $900 for a failed home inspection to find out that she was well aware of the tens of thousands of dollars in repairs needed. When we walked away, not having $ for repairs, she turned nasty. Our deposit was put in REGULAR MAIL. I got it 13 days later as it was Thanksgiving! The best was her saying that I don’t know how things work! I’m 53. I’ve bought & sold 6 homes. I certainly don’t need her inexperienced advice. Mark defended her. And claimed regular mail is standard. Is it? Or did Mary-Anne want the last laugh? Regardless, worst experience I’ve ever had with a brokerage!

Never worked with a realtor from this Brokerage but have had an odd experience with Jo Ann Davies. Had some questions about one of her properties (that seems to have been on the market for sometime), but after calling her 3 or 4 times to her cellphone (and leaving a message), paging her through her office and being told she will call be back, she has never responded to me at all. I guess she's picky with who she sells too.

Sharon Donahue did an amazing job selling our House. Our 1st buyers backed out after signing an agreement with NO conditions. We had 2 buyers who wanted the house the higher buyer (who broke the contract) after us telling her multiple times that the house had no foundation and was sitting on flat rocks with great big cedar beams. We must have told her this 4 to 6 times but she wanted to wave the inspection because we were going to take the slightly less offer. The house was on 85feet of waterfront property close to 401 and had all city services. This buyer was greedy and did not want to give the house up to another buyer. She wanted to come back and measure the house a few weeks later and she brought people in for an inspection. After signing no inspection. She then proceeded to break contract. I had already gave notice on my job and was training a new person, already sold most of my furniture, so here my husband and I are sleeping on floors and had nothing to eat our meals on. Thankfully Sharon was able to come through and get another buyer and we did sell but at a later closing date . We incurred charges that we should not have had to pay because of the first buyers actions. But after a few months settled on an amount for both of us , so we could get on with our lives.
I would recommend Sharon Donahue to anyone of my Friends, Family and anyone else. She is HONEST, RELIABLE AND WILL WORK HARD FOR YOU.

Our agent Scott Duncan was very helpful and always got back to us quickly with the information we needed. He came to our house or met us at the sellers home in record time when the deal necessitated it. He followed up at all times and was very pleasant, cheerful and respectful. Paperwork was executed perfectly with no hiccups whatsoever. Everything was well explained. There were some issues with the property but Scott was able to navigate through them to secure us the house we wanted. Thank you Scott! The house is beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome!

The home I purchased back in June was purchased under my real estate person by her showing me the home by Ipad video and asked her "if you were looking for a home, would you purchase it" and she said yes. I put my trust in her hands and turned out I'm extremely disappointed that I was sold a home with false measurements and many other issues which were not pointed out during the Ipad walk through. Found out many areas that were not pointed out to me and discovered after the fact. The agent left the home before me on my second walk through. Scheduling appointments was very difficult. My impression she was trying to just sell the house to make her commission. I would NOT recommend using Angela Roach.
