Listen up, people! If you want to sell your property or rent it out, you got to call Richard Yuen from Royal LePage Peaceland Realty Group Inc. This guy is a magician - he helped me sell a property that was giving me more headaches than a hangover on a Monday morning.

The tenants were more stubborn than a mule, but Richard managed to charm them into cooperating. I swear, he must have some kind of secret Jedi mind trick that he uses on people. And the best part? He did it all in record time.

But that's not all! I called him up again to rent out another property and this time he found me a tenant faster than I can finish a bag of chips. The guy is like a real estate superhero, swooping in to save the day whenever you need him.

Plus, he's a super nice guy, always willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Also, he works with a fantastic stager who can make your house look like a million bucks. It's like having an HGTV show come to life in your own home!

It is true what they say about staying away if you are an "outsider" I called this firm and spoke to Del Han, inquiring about a unit posted 4 days ago for lease. He quickly let me know that the unit was no longer available due to a dispute with tenant and landlord. Lies. I spoke to 4 other realtors who confirmed the property was indeed available for lease, and of course it is still posted online. I asked one realtor to confirm with the property owner due to the information provided by mr Del Han. They confirmed my suspicions. Mr del han lied. Why he lied? Of course he could tell that I wasn't ..... ya know. Or that I was.....ya know.

Needlessly to say, if you are Asian, give this firm a call. They will treat you well. If you are not, go elsewhere.

Horrible brokerage with horrible service towards non Asian realtor's and clients . If you are not Chinese DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. ponzy schemes for new Agents so they can pay them hefty fee..NO SUPPORT AT THE BROKERAGE IF YOU ARE OUTSIDER...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY ENEMEY
