One of the listing agents of this company has completely ignored the mutual release process and won't even answer my agent. We had given 2000 dollars of a sign of good faith when trying to purchase our property, not even mentioning how they swindled us out of almost an extra 20 000 dollars on the house we were purchasing after we offered them exactly what they asked for and turned down their only offer. Now they won't give us our 2000 dollars back after the deal fell through. Already ignored the original release until the day after the security date ended on July 26th, and then signed it on the 27th; either out of spite or they had every intention on keeping the 2000 dollars. I don't know because nobody has answered a single message or phone call from our agent in almost 2 weeks. The most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed.

Warning to buyers: Do not sign what's called "Buyer Representation Agreement" with this Real Estate. I signed one and ended to pay $3000 to settle an legal issue with those people, because I don't have time for courts and lawyers. The agent inserted this agreement with other property offer papers she was handed to me and signed as I was trusted her. She included all mls listing and assigned a total of 6 months as expiry date without telling me details. after more than one month I bought a house from a private seller and told this Royal LePage agent about this purchase. She and her boss threatened to go to court to get 2% as commission because of bonding by this agreement.
This year I dealt with Re-max agent. Re-max agent asked me to sign agreement related to the property associated with this agreement specifically with one week expiration date. This is the right way of working, not like Royal LePage Binder real-state who are binding their clients by unexplained agreements to steel their money.
