After 4 years of ruining our Co-op ( Local 75 ) we are now FREE of the WORST Management Company EVER. But I understand Raymond Favis is still with RCMS and this is not good for those out there, you may get stuck with this guy and he will ruin your Building.

V Kennedy was / is aware of what he did / didn't do, but did NOTHING. Ding-Dong the witch is gone.

UPDATE- I have just learned Raymond Favis has been FIRED. This is good news, but RCMS is still the worst because they did NOTHING for years. Management let Favis ruin our Building.

I googled this name trying to find someone in uper management to talk to maybe they really are not aware of what's really going on, but looks like there is no direct contact information, so I will write this revie hoping that if they really have a management they for sure would read the reviews and would reply me back with a contact number.

The building I live it is almost three years that the officials who are there to help the residence are extreamly unprofessional, rude, and in terms of common senses, they are not qualified to do such jobs at all.

The best job which fits them is working in tim Hortons to just fill the cups, and I am pretty sure they might get fired because they have no idea what the customer service is or even don't know how to talk with someone!!!!!

I swear that I have been trying to ignore for the last three years and finally I am fed up.

I don't know if there is any place we can go and complain or at least is there really management exist above the people who "Manage my Building" ?

If yes

Please write to me I will make sure to talk to higher level and if they do something positive I would edit my review...

At this point

The worst and lowest qualified people who have the highest attitude and ego ever I experienced in my life are managing my building.

I am really embarrassed of writing this much negative here,because my whole life is about being positive, but I am really really tired of their behaviors which changed me into a negative person.

RCMS has been management our non-profit co-op, Ernescliffe, for just over a year. Almost ALL of their staff have been unprofessional, incompetent, and abusive toward our residents. The preceding problem goes all the way up to RCMS' senior management.

I wish I could give a zero for the inefficient, unresponsive and unprofessional service.
As a tenant, I have sent an -email addressing serious issues, providing dates and proof by pictures.
My complaint was dated July 08, 2021, followed by calls and additional e-mails to the office, only to finally receive a letter dated July 26, 2021.
The response letter did not state all the issues I have brought forth, therefore, it is useless if I need it for court purposes. Bala Natarajan, Property Manager, obviously you have trouble comprehending my e-mail or for some reason, you are intentionally omitting very important matter, GARBAGE BEING PILED UP AGAINST MY FENCE, baking in the sun, prohibiting me from enjoying my property. You have not yet addressed my work order I put in, on July 19, 2021 regarding the mice infestation, I have in my garage, home and attic. Your assistant, Natalia, is not very professional giving false information, without any proof!
You are very inefficient with your very slow responses and you are dodging matters that are pertinent for me to document our correspondence. No problem, I am a vulnerable tenant but I will stop at nothing to get the respect and response I deserve as a tenant.
Your "team of professionals" is a disgrace and your salary is not earned on merit.
I will call the Trinity Glen office tomorrow, hopefully you will be in, to resolve these matters.
