Selling my home was more difficult than I had ever anticipated. Sometimes I felt as if I was in a maze of confusion and Ricardo always got me through, answering question after question with patience and professionalism. When I felt overwhelmed and needed to take the house off the market for a month, just to collect my thoughts, he was very supportive and reminded me that my health was the number one priority. When the house was sold and I had moved on he still checked in on me periodically, just to see how I was doing; I appreciated that so much.

It's hard for me to put into words the gratitude my siblings and I have for Ricardo Melendro who went above and beyond to sell our mother's home in Brighton, ON...at a very difficult, chaotic time for my siblings and I. I live in Toronto and was also a great distance away so the entire task was extremely daunting to me. Ricardo had sold my friend's home and they said "you have to have Ricardo sell your mom's home." Ricardo recommended a wonderful painter as well and the end result was spectacular !! EVERY aspect of this task was carried out professionally & swiftly by a very warm, friendly group of individuals. Beyond what I've mentioned, the one thing that stands out to me the most is how much Ricardo cared about us as clients and how satisfied we were with each step of the process. He navigated it all perfectly in my opinion and we are extremely grateful for everything he did for us. We were more than pleased with the entire process and the end result.
