As first time home buyers Troy was great for teaching us what to look out for at every stage in the process, and explained everything simply. When it came to putting offers in, Troy was a great source of advice on how to proceed, and genuinely didn't want to see us overpay on something and regret it later.

Troy is pretty much the greatest real estate agent I could ever hope to deal with. He helped us sell and buy. He combines the art of an effective salesperson with a serious understanding of data and vast knowledge of the region's real estate market. He'll tell you exactly what he thinks about a property (rather than waiting to reinforce whatever you think) and he works tirelessly answering emails from early in the morning to late at night. When it comes to negotiation he clearly commands some sort of powerful magic as we were very happy with the outcomes on both the buy and sell sides. If problems arise he is also surprisingly resourceful and will do whatever it takes for his clients. I'd echo another reviewer's comment that it was a "privilege" to work with Troy!
