I don't know if I would trust this team. I am a photographer and I shot a house for one of their agents about a year and a half ago and still have not gotten paid for the work I did. I have tried to reach out several times to the brokerage and they have totally ignored all of my attempts. Please reach out and pay your bills

If i could put zero stars, i would. I called to inquire about a property in Brooklin, Ontario. 97 Queen Street. I wanted to view it as my wife and I wanted to start looking for a home. The woman who answered started asking rather unusual questions. She first asked me how much money I make a year, my age, how old my wife is and how much money she makes. When I said that's none of your business, she "informed" me that they don't show homes to poor people. She was undesirably rude. Then she told me never to call back again. I had no idea that real estate agents and their employees could tell who can afford a home and who can't. Absolutely disgusting attitude & disrespecting to me as a potential client.

I had to go to this location to take care of some business with my agent who was in Oshawa. The receptionist, Marissa, was the nicest person ever. She was extremely accommodating and kept checking up on me and asked if I needed anything. She was even willing to stay late for me. I hope her management recognizes her good work.

Very bad, I asked an agent to find me a room for rent but because my budget is$800-$850 she didn't call me back. Wow! Was shocking because in this times when you have to live in rentals and ontop of that it's so expensive I am saddened that a realtor would think that 800 dollars is cheap to find someone a room.
Not responding I feel was very rude, she could atleast let me know right away that they don't have rentals in that price range I would feel much better in the end for her honesty.
I didn’t want to give any start but I wasn't able to post my review without selecting one.
