Kelly Paddon … have never had such a horrid experience with an agent!! Doesn’t return texts or phone calls until days later - and only because I called the Remax office to inquire as to why he was completely ignoring us!! We were looking at a lease and had some special circumstances that we needed to discuss with him - nope - ghosted. I sent 5 emails imploring him to answer us / nope. How very rude, unprofessional, and so so arrogant - he doesn’t have time for you unless your spending $1000 000.00 0n a house. I could say so much more - I’m so angry

they care nothing for the customer, listed my house incorrectly, example it's 100 year old house they listed as new construction and 4 bedroom as a 3 bedroom without ever consulting me on the incorrect changes they made to my listing. Broker just walked away, washing his hands of the mess his employees made. Don't use them they don't stand behind their work.

Don't let these real estate agent help you pick your home inspector!
I did my house hunting trip in November of 2018, and based on the short time frame given to find a house I trusted the agent to pick the home inspector. I guess the realtor had a deal with the inspection company to help get a house sale because they 'missed' a hole in the heat exchanger in the furnace.
Besides this shady move, the agent had some interesting things to say about people of Asian descent. Find another real estate company for your HHT
