If there were seven stars, I would give Eddie seven stars. His service completely exceeded my expectations. Eddie is the best real estate agent in the Windsor area, bar none. I found him through his YouTube videos. At that time, I already had a buying agent, but I was not very satisfied with their service; I had to understand a lot of the market conditions myself. During my own research, I saw Eddie's videos and then contacted him. His professionalism, sincerity, timeliness, patience, and politeness were consistent throughout my three-plus months of home-buying experience.

As a remote investment client, the biggest obstacle was visiting the properties in person. Eddie thoughtfully provided his detailed remote house-viewing service. He immediately scheduled visits to every house I wanted to see. He personally filmed videos lasting up to half an hour for each property, and from an inspector's perspective, he explained in detail any potential issues within the property. If there were neighbors nearby, he would even go and talk to them to inquire about firsthand community information. His thorough inspection far exceeded my own visit.

During the process of appraising the chosen property, Eddie used the latest market data to help me analyze and accurately determine its market transaction price range (although his estimate within the range for the transaction price was a bit conservative, LOL). This data-driven approach is the most effective home-buying tool and played a decisive role for me as a novice investor.

For any setbacks encountered during the home-buying process, Eddie helped me persevere with his positivity, optimism, and practical advice, eventually securing the house I wanted. Now the house has finally been successfully transferred and has also been successfully rented out through Eddie. I am deeply grateful for Eddie's continuous support and assistance. I believe there are many excellent real estate agents in the market, but if you want to buy a house in Windsor, Eddie is definitely the most trustworthy and best partner for you!
