Awful!! Do not use Chris Lee. He’ll never get back to you, he only cares about his cut, and has no idea who the buyer is because he does not read documents.

My agent has been trying to reach him for weeks! We are closing on March 1st and he completely ignores her. We have so many questions and he refuses to answer my agent via text, phone calls, and emails. You also went to Korea, but you did not have someone in your place to help us when you were gone. How is this professional? You also came back a few days before we were closing. What is a huge issue occurred? We had no one to contact, and you didn't care.

He just wants his cut/money and will not do anything else. As soon as the deposit hits he will completely ignore your agent, because he thinks it's over and he got his money. He doesn’t care about you, the buyer, and other real estate agents.

Chris you said you don't know who I am, but my name is on every document. I am the buyer. How can you not know my name? This shows you do not pay attention. I'm surprised you haven't read all the documents properly.

There have been many emails sent to you regarding me buying the home. You have ignored them, that's why you don't think you have any emails from my agent. My agent is very thorough. She calls, texts, and emails. She has done the same for you. You refuse to respond.

I am upset because you are not answering us. You have left us in the dark for weeks now, and we're closing on March 1st.

I had to block you on Instagram. I thought you would stop trying to add me after I deleted your invitation the second time. I had to come to your Instagram page because you refused to contact my agent. I was desperate for a response. You actually reacted to my comments, because you care more about your Instagram than your professional email address. You didn't have to add me to message me. You easily could have emailed my agent, but you did not. You kept trying to add me and it made me uncomfortable, because there is no reason for you to add me on my personal Instagram account.

Even though I am not your client you should care about who is buying your client's home. You saying you only work for your client's interests is very narrow minded and unprofessional. Buying and selling a home is a two way street. This once again shows you do not care.

You are lying about the repairs and paying for the extra work. Three faucets were leaking and pipes were leaking. I had a professional repairman come to check. Two faucets were still leaking and the pipes were still leaking as well. I can show you the text messages from my repairman and the invoice. You are lying again about convincing the owner about understanding my side of the story. My lawyer contacted the seller's lawyer about the repairs. The owner said they want nothing to do with the repairs and to sell as is. I can show you the correspondence about this from my lawyer. Since the repairs were not done on your seller's end, I had to take a $350 dollar loss.

You mentioned I should review my documents, but you should review your documents. You had no idea I was the seller and my name is on all the documents. You have to review every single document as a real estate agent. It's very clear you don't do this and you admitted this. You even admitted this to my mother.
