The company acting like scammers. They put automatic renewal on your agreement and the only notification you get is automatic email which can get to spam. If you missed this email due to any reason and if you haven’t cancelled your renewal within 10 day, you will pay for “Service” which you don’t need for couple years. The only thing their customer service can do is to tell you that it’s your problem.
It up to you to use their service or not. I wouldn’t recommend.

One the best Regus locations in Toronto, this fantastic location is well designed and equipped!
There are couple of waiting areas which is beneficial either you are a client visiting here or a business owner who has already a professional unit there.
The common areas are well designed and nicely furnished.
The Business offices are super clean and tidy, comes with a great furniture so you don't need to bring your own. Also you'll get your specific business landline phone here which is very suitable for the businesses.
This location is super clean and tidy and I should say I'm 100% satisfied with the cleaning services here, specially they will empty your trash can each day! and will vacuum your office regularly so you can only focus on your business. All the common areas are perfectly clean, tidy and well equipped.
There are a lots of free parking spots around this building so business owners and clients never have any problem to find a parking spot.
One of the strength points of this location is the front desk staff. They are super friendly, unlimited helpful and very respectful with clients. It's interesting because I heard this even from my clients several times!
For me, each time me or my clients need anything from the front desk, Cheryl and Vicky are there to help with a big beautiful smile! 🙂

STAY AWAY FROM RENTING HERE!

I have had the worst experience with this company. They have a disaster when it comes to invoicing they have billed me 3 times in one month. The customer service the provide is all by email and messages. I have not been able to address my problems with anyone and it happens every single month. I was there for one year and every single month my invoicing was messed up. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Company engages in fraudulent practices. Be warned, they will charge you an additional fee to leave and then will try and charge you a business fee for 3 months after leaving. Moreover, they then say you owe for charges that they forgot to include during your contract, despite having everything in writing to the contrary. You will need to sue them to get your deposit back and they will continue to attempt to charge your credit card even after you have legally terminated your agreement within their own contract. It is the classic bait and switch company. Consider yourself warned and do business with a company that operates within the law in Canada.

The Regus office space in Richmond Hill is top notch! The staff is awesome, very responsive and cater to all of our needs. The office spaces are modern and are equipped with all the office amenities required.

We looked at many office spaces in the area, and since we already had a space with Regus in Mississauga, we chose Regus again. This is a great location and space is great. Above all the Service and the staff here are the best. We would highly recommend the Richmond Hill location.
