Toxic people work here. No accountability, responsibility or respect will ever be found at this "organization." This is without question, the absolute worst ran "business" in the entire Northwestern Ontario region, and that is saying ALOT. They are excuse making cowards, who show no ability to be understanding or compassionate. HORRIFIC COMPANY.

Emergency services - most toxic organization that I have ever worked for. Management discriminated against the female Paramedics. I’ve worked for two other services and this place was by far the most unprofessional organization I have ever worked for. Management did not believe in debriefing their employees during difficult calls - only interested in stats. Bullying was the norm.

If I could I would give this organization no stars. Its Housing Services is operated by an unbelievably incompetent manager, who has no respect for clients. The CAO is arrogant, a thug and a bully, thus this is the culture of the organization. The Board members sanction the very unprofessional behaviour of these abusive employees and ignores complaints about the dysfunctional management. Board meeting minutes haven't been posted for several months and therefore there is no transparency and accountability to the public. It's a corrupt organization that requires the provincial government to step in and take control, and change its management and Board of Directors.
