Another visit today to the Town of Quinte West

Very warm welcome at the reception with full COVID19 protocols.

Building Department staff was very friendly, professional and helpful to guided through the process of documents.

My 1st visit to the City Hall of Quinte West.

Very much impressed with the quality of reception during submitting BP application.

Very friendly and professional staff on duty during the COVID19 situation. Well organized and managing accordingly.

Beautiful surroundings, pictures says it all.

Thank you everyone at the City Hall for making my visit memorable.

Very disappointed with Trenton. You guys have beautiful Parks and in the winter time dogs can't walk on it because they don't put pet friendly salt and Quebec every other province they do. I don't understand like it would have been such a beautiful walk but then my dog's paws got hurt

Very upset. Trenton is a beautiful city, little city and their ruining it by putting all these new stuff. There's too many people coming in. It's going to be polluted. It's bad enough. We're only an hour and 20 minutes from Toronto. We get there pollution. That's good enough. Leave it the way it is beautiful. Don't ruin it very disappointing 😔

Visited the library here today, went in to print off some documents. The library has been updated and offers an open environment with a wonderful view. There are computer work stations as well as meeting rooms. Staff was quite helpful. Well done Quinte West!

This Beautiful building is extremely well laid out and not just a City Hall but Quinte West’s wonderful Library! This was the best move Trenton, Quinte West could have made when a new library and city hall were needed!! The scenery is perfect of the Bay of Quinte, the new marina and the beginning of the Trent River.

The city of Quinte West, it is a well run and organized city. The parks are kept cleaned and updated with excellent children's equipment. The streets are snowplowed quickly after a storm. The roads need to be resurfacing because of age. The city council is superior!

City service has been improving every year lately.
Excellent way to save money by including the library.
Nice to see a new waterfront path.

Poor service , I simply want to pay online during covid. Sounds simple but No the office cannot tell me and do not know what the quinte tax office is listed as online banking shows no listing for quinte tax . I called the office an no one would or could find out how to make an online payment . I the age of technology they suggested I call the bank and ask them what quibte taxes is listed as? Punt . No resolution.
