A must for any new landlord. I started by subscribing to the email newsletters as a non-member, but membership is the way to go. We got a personalized welcome call after sign up and Rob was able to connect us with resources we lacked. This alone was worth the price of the membership. There are virtual meetings and online resources that let us hit the ground running in our new venture. It was such a relief to find a local resource that explains the renter screening processes and provides regulatory/legal updates.

I've been a member for about a year now and find Rob and his staff super helpful. I've reached out to them for help with regards to our rentals a few times now and find they reply back promptly and are always ready to help / point me in the right direction...

If you're on the fence about joining I would 100% recommend becoming a member. I for sure will be renewing my membership. - Hopefully I'll see you at some of their events.

The Quinte Region Landlord Association and its President Robert Gentile are nothing short of amazing. The value received by us as landlords far outweighs the minor cost of being a member. The constant updates via email helps us keep abreast of the industry without having to put the work into it ourselves. There are regular in person and online educational events that offer both information and fellowship. Whether and small landlord or a large landlord…I would suggest you become a member of the QRLA

If you are a local landlord, I highly recommend you join the QRLA as it provides valuable resources and information at very reasonable annual dues. They have regular in person and virtual meetings where a wide variety of topics of interest to landlords are discussed and they also invite experts to speak at the events. You are able to network with other local landlords, however if you need one on one advice they are always available to help, I have asked several times and always got immediate and valuable replies from the QRLA. The association also advocates to the Ontario government on behalf of members concerns, and the more members, the louder the voice! Please join.

QRLA has always been a great group to turn to whether it be to learn, to network, or to find all the ins and outs in our evolving real estate space locally. There have been many monthly meetings that have individually been worth the membership price alone and it is great to see what QRLA is doing to represent landlords in the space! Robert continues to deliver consistent effort month after month, year after year.
