We were set to sign a lease for a house from this company. Not only did they say this morning, after I had just talked to the property manager last night, they "decided to go with someone else", but they relisted the house at $200 more than they were originally asking. Very dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Their integrity is certainly in question. It's already a challenge to find a rental in the Soo and it's disheartening to see a company trying to take advantage of that.
