I recently had my kitchen and bathroom vanities designed, built, and installed by Pizzo kitchens. The entire process from start to finish was super smooth and easy going. Much less complicated then I ever thought it would be. The quality of product and installation is exceptional. It has been 6 months since my install and the product looks the same as day one. Robert and I want to share with you how very, VERY happy we are with our brand new Pizo Kitchen, thanks in no small part to Geoff, Vanessa, Wes, Ken and the entire Pizo team!

Our new kitchen is by any means NOT the biggest kitchen out there, but it is OUR kitchen, and from start to finish the whole team at Pizo Kitchens made the remodelling such an enjoyable experience for us.

From Geoff’s initial site visit, to the final touches, we have experienced absolutely nothing but excellent customer service.

Geoff listened to our ideas but also came up with his own suggestions as well, some of which we would have never thought of ourselves. LOVE the idea of "just drawers at the bottom”😊

When we visited Vanessa and Wes at their showroom to go over the final draft and to chose handles, colours and countertops, it was such a pleasant visit - they made us feel welcome the minute we walked through the door and had some great advise for us as well. There is so much to consider and think about, and we couldn’t have done this without them! They were both very gracious to work with and very generous with their time - we did not ever feel rushed! Vanessa and Wes also brought something else that is often lacking today, and that is enthusiasm. It is clear that in addition to their expertise, they also like what they do.

A HUGE shoutout also goes out the Ken, (the installer)….He showed up, right on time on the arranged installation date. When Ken first arrived, I thought he was here to just go over everything before the “crew” arrived, but it turned out that Ken WAS the “crew”! The cabinets were delivered and placed carefully for Ken, and then he literally spent 2 1/2 days installing everything by HIMSELF - he was a one-man-band! Ken’s positive attitude and attention to detail are a few of the things you don’t see much of today, but it was an absolute pleasure having Ken here, working on our kitchen.

When the guys who installed our countertops came after the cabinets were up, they both said, in their own words: “We love installing countertops after Ken’s work, because we know that when Ken has been working on it, the job has been done right”!

To this day, we still can’t believe Ken did it all by himself!

We saw our old kitchen space transform from “dated and awkward” to functional and beautiful. Through the new design, we were able to maximize the space to its fullest, making working in the kitchen just “flow” a whole lot better.

We thank the entire team at Pizo Kitchens for their outstanding professionalism, superb knowledge and excellent customer service, and we absolutely have NO hesitation recommending them to anyone who is looking to build or upgrade their kitchen. You will NOT be disappointed.
