I had the most horrible experience in this apartment building. I lived there for 4 years with my daughter and John fisher who is the property manager or whatever made our lives unbearable. It started when I called to have our toilet unclogged after second year of living there with my 2 year old at the time. He lashed out and told me that I will have to pay to fix that. I told him it's fine. He came to fix the toilet and used my daughter's towel to wipe the toilet. During the pandemic, he will threaten that if I don't wear mask to and from my apartment he will give me an eviction notice. Now that we finally bought a place and moving .. he is threatening that we recked the fridge and some other things and that he will take me to small claims court. He insulted me over the phone.. I have never owed rent and don't know what I did to get dehumanized like the way John treated myself and family. Please seek independent legal advice before renting in this building or any of his buildings. I also hear am not the first person he has done this kind of a thing to.Thank you

I am really surprised this has been going on. I do not live here but my friend does. There are some serious issues and I will be looking at how to fix this. Most of it is very bad management but there is also a lot of aggression and unfairness. I think this needs to be addressed as it has not been dealt with. I will be making this a priority.

Jon Fischer is one step above a slum lord. I rented off him for a few years. He would fix things that absolutely needed fixing but that’s it. I know someone that lives in one of his buildings and it’s like stepping back in time. I’m sure it’s never been upgraded since built. You can barely open the patio doors and his repair guy said they are so old you can’t get parts for them. Beware.

John Fisher is the worst person to talk to. Old man doesn't answer the phone, doesn't answer emails. Then yelles at you and hangs up before you can say anything. Greasy apartment building anyways. DONT TRY TO CONTACT!

An awful man to deal with, rude, does just enough so the building passes, will wear dirty shoes in your home, makes a mess to do some work and doesn't clean up.

Everything that you do you get threatened with and eviction notice

Never answers phone calls or gets back to ppl who r in need of a place to rent
