This was the first time selling a home and I was worried I wouldn't know where to start. I took the first step by calling Parker Coulter Real Estate because I saw that they list for only 1%..it was the best decision I have ever made!
At first I thought, because of the low listing rate that I'd not get full services and would have to handle some things on my own. But as it turns out, I basically did nothing except sign the papers!
