Worst company to deal with. This company is so poorly managed by greedy and desorganized people and even today, three years after we moved from the place, we still deal with the consecuences of their mess. Their communication is poor, they'll will send you to court without notice and without a real reason and then, after demonstrating that everything was their their mistake, they will take every penny they can from you. It's a shame that such a scamming company can run freely.

My best advice is: don't rent with them if you want to have peace of mind and be aware of Jim, he is a liar who pretends to forget everything he told you when he needs to face his mistakes.

Not responsive to maintenance requests. Several emails sent. Dirty hallways and stairwells since they took over. Disappointed.

Just to update, weeks later still no contact about my leak. Two months since I emailed first. Yikes....

Updated again: been over two months. Nice.

Four months and still counting!

Update- first maintenance request sent in August. Sink was repaired March 3rd. Not so great of a turnaround, but the maintenance man was really nice!

Yes, Dan came today April 4th /2023
with his assistant. Replaced ONE DRAWER ONLY for A NEW ONE shorter but fits. Kept the other old one in fair condition. Good and quick response from Panoramic always. THANK YOU to Dan. Did his best 👌 Carmen E.

Avoid this company at any cost.

Worst experience ever in my 50 years life. I mean it.

I have never seen any agent slow response and did nothing but perfunctory like jim.

And his boss worst ever also.

No managment no communication at all. Never try to understand what's happen under his roof, Never try to understand what his agent had done to the customer. Never try to understand how much troubles his agent caused to the customer.

Sales agent dont know the house which we discussed for weeks has been rented till customer told him. Excuse me, are you kiddind me? What have you done in these 2 week? Sleeping all day? Aren't you the guy who should tell me this issue asap?

Couldn’t be any worse! It seems like scammers trying to take advantage from you. The person who manages St Catharines area is the grumpiest person I have ever tried to deal with. Stay away from them!

Great customer service! Very pleased with the communication we had via email. If the costumer service was this great I could only imagine how it would be to be one of their tenants. Very excited to view the place we booked to see and fingers crossed that it’s the perfect fit for us.

I think, coming back home, after 35 years away from Welland, in my old 'Haunts', is working out well. Good people here, good response on calls and good guys that work on the rooms. Good work !
