They've been great to move into, It's so difficult to find a place to rent that allows pets. I wish they had the backyard fully fenced in at my unit but overall they have been good as of yet. I would recommend Panadew. : )

2018: Great service, great value. We switched to Panadew for property management about a year and a half ago and have no regrets. We had some very poor quality tenants and the previous management company had trouble renting out one of the vacant apartments. Panadew got repairs and renovations done quickly and at a fair price, got us back to full occupancy, and improved the quality of the tenants so that our upkeep costs are lower. The invoicing/reporting and communications are consistent, on-time, clear and friendly. I can't say enough for their service - it has been a huge weight off my shoulders to have them taking care of my property.

UPDATE 2025: I'm still really happy with Panadew's service. We continue to have low tenant turnover, the upkeep continues to be consistent and well priced. We had a bit of a fire issue 2 years ago and they were very helpful with emergency repairs, managing the insurance contractor and keeping me informed. Definitely 5 stars - Thanks again Panadew!

Panadew is the worst property management company in Kingston from a tenant’s perspective. Panadew regularly downplays tenant’s concerns and even ignores them. In my case, Panadew refused to do anything about a bat infestation in the attic, citing that there was “nothing they could do about it”. Despite asking them on numerous occasions, an exterminator was never brought to the house and the holes that the bats were entering from were never sealed. This eventually led to someone getting bit by a bat in the house. Panadew also consistently overcharges for basic services like removing excess garbage and small repairs. Upon moving out of our unit, Panadew attempted to charge us with a 600$ cleaning fee despite receiving the unit in a a very reasonable state of cleanliness. Panadew’s staff were also very unprofessional in email correspondences regarding disagreements. They also entered our house on numerous occasions without providing us with any prior notice. Overall this is just a really bad management company that I would avoid at all costs.

The Team at Panadew has been wonderful to deal with! We are very happy with the rental property they found for us. The maintenance team is always prompt and friendly. Issues with an appliance were dealt with quickly.

Unprofessional. Could write an essay on how terrible the company is, and I just might, stay tuned. (Yes that is a bat pictured below, they were my roommates for a year, thanks Panadew!).
